After breakfast, private transfer to Bogota airport to catch the direct flight to Popayan. Upon arrival you'll be taken to the hotel before starting the private city tour with an Italian-speaking guide. Strolling through the colonial district of this charming city, you'll visit the “casonas coloniales”, the churches, the Humilladero Bridge, and the Chiquito Bridge. Popayan is synonymous with a cultural center frequented by poets, painters, and sculptors, and is captivating for its colonial architecture of “casonas”, churches, and bridges. Overnight in Popayan.

Breakfast at the hotel and private transfer with an Italian-speaking guide to Silvia (about 2 hours), a small town famous for its picturesque Tuesday market, where you can buy handicrafts made by the Guambianos, one of the country's most traditional ethnic groups. You'll travel with a private service to San Agustín (about 7 hours) with an Italian-speaking guide. Along the way you'll pass through the village of Coconuco, famous for its sulfur hot springs, and Paletará, where you shouldn't miss the chance to try a warm “aguapanela” served with a typical local cheese.

After breakfast, private guided visit with an Italian-speaking guide to San Agustín Park, known for its numerous stone statues. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1995, it is a perfect blend of nature and archaeology. Then a visit to the Museum, which displays smaller statues, ceramics, tools, jewelry, and other objects from the mysterious civilizations that inhabited the area. You'll spend the afternoon at a typical ‘finca cafetera’ (coffee farm), where you can see the stages of coffee processing and production.

Breakfast at the hotel and private transfer with an Italian-speaking guide toward Neiva. You'll admire very different landscapes: from 1,730 m to 380 m above sea level, from the coffee and fruit plantations of southern Huila department to the rice and cotton fields of the Magdalena Valley. Along the way you'll stop at the Monument to Cacica Gaitana, the Mirador de la Represa de Betania, the Cañón de Pericongo, and sample the famous “achiras del Huila” (a typical Huila snack). You'll then board a flight to Cartagena, and upon arrival, private transfer to the hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, a private city tour with an Italian-speaking guide awaits you. The itinerary begins with a visit to the modern district of Cartagena and continues with a visit to Convento de la Popa (or alternatively Convento San Pedro Claver) and Castillo de San Felipe.
