Start your journey in the vibrant capital, Santiago, and discover the wonders of Valparaíso and Viña del Mar on the coast. Continue north to explore the unique landscapes of the Atacama Desert, with stops at the Moon Valley, the Great Salar, the Tatio geysers, and the spectacular Red Rocks. Then fly south to admire the imposing nature of Chilean Patagonia at Torres del Paine and Magdalena Island near Punta Arenas. The journey concludes with the return to Santiago.
Begin your adventure in Santiago de Chile, the capital founded in 1541. After settling into your hotel. In the afternoon, you'll take part in a tour of the city's main points of interest. You'll visit the historic center with its imposing Cathedral and the famous Palacio La Moneda. You'll then climb the Santa Lucía and San Cristóbal hills to admire spectacular panoramic views. The day will end with a stroll through Patio Bellavista, known for its lively, artistic atmosphere. Return to the hotel and overnight.
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the flight to Calama, a mining town in the heart of the Atacama Desert. From there, transfer to the charming village of San Pedro de Atacama, located at over 2,400 meters of altitude. In the afternoon, visit to the spectacular Moon Valley, famous for its landscapes sculpted by wind and time. You'll admire the sunset among dunes and rock formations, accompanied by a picnic-style aperitif with a refreshing Pisco Sour. Return to the hotel and overnight.
After breakfast, an unforgettable excursion begins to the Salar de Aguas Calientes, with a stop at the wonderful natural landscape of the Red Rocks. Visit to the beautiful Miscanti and Miñiques lagoons, located at over 4,000 meters in the Andes mountain range, offering spectacular views of the volcanoes. Picnic-style lunch included.
In the afternoon, visit to the Great Salar de Atacama and the Chaxa Lagoon, natural habitat of the Andean flamingos. Return to San Pedro de Atacama and overnight. Lunch included.
Early in the morning, departure for one of San Pedro's most fascinating experiences: the Tatio Geysers. Located at over 4,300 meters of altitude, they offer a unique geothermal spectacle, with steam columns and small geysers. Overnight in San Pedro de Atacama.
After breakfast, transfer to the Calama airport and flight to Santiago. Upon arrival, check-in at a hotel located near the airport.
After breakfast, you'll take a flight to Punta Arenas, located in the heart of Chilean Patagonia. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel where you'll spend the night.
Early in the morning, excursion to Magdalena Island, where you can admire a large colony of Magellanic penguins. It's possible to land on Magdalena Island if weather conditions allow.
In the months of September and April, this excursion will be replaced with a visit to Marta Island, where you can spot South American sea lions from the dinghy. In the afternoon, bus to Puerto Natales, where you'll spend the night.
After breakfast, visit to the famous Milodon Cave, located near Puerto Natales. Along the way you'll see the “Devil's Chair,” tied to local legends.
You'll then continue toward Torres del Paine National Park, crossing spectacular landscapes. We'll stop at the Lake Grey viewpoint to admire the glacier of the same name and other wonders such as Lake Toro and the Paine Massif. Option to walk to the Grey Peninsula.
Free lunch (not included). In the afternoon, visit to Salto Grande and the viewpoints of Nordenskjöld and Sarmiento lakes. Return to Puerto Natales and overnight.
Breakfast at the hotel. Optionally, you can take part in a boat excursion to the majestic Grey Glacier, 6 km wide and between 20 and 30 meters high. Return to Puerto Natales for the overnight stay.
After breakfast, having experienced a few days of intense activities. Transfer to the bus terminal to return to Punta Arenas, where you'll spend the night.
After breakfast, you'll be transferred to the airport to catch the return flight to Santiago de Chile. Upon arrival, you'll be taken to the hotel where you'll spend the night.
Depending on flight schedules, it's possible to add an excursion to one of the famous vineyards near Santiago de Chile.
After breakfast, you'll set off on a wonderful excursion to Valparaíso, known as the city of the poet Pablo Neruda. You'll visit its emblematic hills, home to the Pacific coast's main port. You'll see La Sebastiana, Neruda's house (entrance optional). In the afternoon, you'll continue to Viña del Mar, famous for its music festival and beautiful beaches. Return to Santiago for the overnight stay.
After breakfast, you'll be transferred to the airport to catch your return flight. End of our services.
