Once you arrive at the La Macarena airport, you will attend a presentation on Caño Cristales Park at the Cormacarena offices. The Park will decide which area you will visit depending on the day’s weather conditions: Mirador, Caño Cristalitos, Caño Piedra, or Rio Bajo Lozada. Box lunch during the excursion, while dinner will be at a typical restaurant.
After breakfast, you’ll sail the Rio Guayabero by boat (about 20 minutes) and then transfer by 4x4 vehicle (about 30 minutes) to the entrance of Caño Cristales.
