Puerto Natales
Puerto Natales is the gateway to the Torres del Paine National Park. It was discovered in 1557 by the navigators Juan Ladrillero and Fernando Hinrichs. However, it was not until 1911 that the city was officially founded.
Visit its Historical Museum, the Dorothea Viewpoint, where you will have spectacular views of the city and its glacier valley, and the Milodón Cave, where you can learn about this impressive prehistoric mammal.
